Hi, I am Shea, a 21-year-old from Midrand. Animals are my passion, with a focus on horses and dogs. I have represented South Africa numerous times as a Junior Dog Handler and as an Equestrian Vaulter. Currently, I am a coach at and the owner of Randjesfontein Vaulting Club. I have been a horse rider for over 18 years, a professional dog handler for more than 8 years and I did equestrian vaulting in 2008. My main focus is my relationship with animals and people as I feel like relationships are the key to a happy, successful life.

I have always been passionate about trying to help people and animals hence I chose the teaching path. Additionally, I love to learn new things and try to be open-minded about everything I come across to give everything a fair chance in my head. Show jumping is where my heart truly is. Altogether, I am super competitive and I feel that show jumping is where it’s at as it’s objective and fair for the most part. I have some experience in most of the equestrian disciplines. Being asked to ride people’s horses is the best and I do so wholeheartedly. Most of all, I love bonding with animals (and people).
